口徑為「每 GPU 每小時、隨需(on-demand)、美元」。GPU cloud(RunPod/Together/Lambda/CoreWeave)取官方定價頁;RunPod/Lambda 因方案(Secure/Community、PCIe/SXM)不同列區間。三大雲以整台實例價÷GPU數換算:GCP 取官方定價頁 us-central1 的 a3-highgpu-8g(8×H100 $88.49/hr)與 a3-ultragpu-8g(8×H200 $84.81/hr)整機價÷8(含 CPU/RAM/SSD,GCP 的 A3 GPU 不可拆計);AWS H100 為 p5.48xlarge÷8(us-east-1);AWS H200 官方未公開標準隨需價(僅 Capacity Blocks 短租)故 N/A;Azure 為第三方彙整(ND H100/H200 v5,官方頁擷取逾時,標*)。⚠ 部分定價聚合站顯示 GCP 每 GPU 約 $1.18(整台 $9.46)為錯誤數字(跨地區精確重複、遠低於官方),不採用。價格隨地區/時間變動,以官方頁為準,本表非推薦。
